Timothy Neville who looks after us, is an excellent time-keeper, very clear in his explanation of problems, has a wide knowledge of systems and is an excellent problem solver. Tim advised on better naming of our group on the web, registered name etc and has developed a new website for us which, following the included training, we have been able to update ourselves making this a useful tool. The support along the way has been excellent.

When my laptop developed severe problems, slow loading, Word stopped operating, unable to open documents, frequent need to reboot etc. (so frustrating), a friend recommended Tim, Black Owl. We discussed issues and Tim initially remotely fixed Word, to my great relief. He suggested a full service and change of security provider to Sophos (cheaper than my provider), as felt it was causing some of the issues! We arranged collection whilst ensuring social distancing.
