I have applied for the US B1/B2 visa along with my wife. My process consultant Santoshi Sneha had helped me in filling the DS 160 form and booking the slots for the biometrics collection and interview. She has been very approachable and answered all my queries patiently.

"F1 visa assistance honest experience"

I was assigned Suresh Vudethe for my F1 Visa assistance. He was always available to reach via call or text. If he was busy then he would respond as soon as he got time. Suresh's assistance was the only great part. For the amount that they charge, I expected my overall experience to be better. I ended up booking the visa slot on my own. They were not keeping close track of it the way I expected. Although the mock sessions in itself was good, I was not fully happy with the way the mock sessions were handled by Y-Axis team because you have to ask them yourself every time to schedule the session, and they don't call you at the exact time; instead, they will call later than the discussed time. This was very difficult for me to handle since I had a full-time job, and it hindered my schedule due to late calls. Syed from Y-Axis was supposed to call me for one last final mock interview but he did not and he was not reachable on text or call.

I would only recommend Y-Axis if you are okay with long gaps of communication and have time. If you have an immediate requirement then it is better to do it on your own.

The way that Ranga Muthumala is always on or before time in his update on the deliverables and the fact that he along with Banishree Marathe and Akoju Vyshnavi know how to perfectly modify my profile for the situation and location is outstanding.

Y-Axis is an irresponsible team. There will be numerous calls from their sales team (Sathish & Md. Ali in my case). Once after paying the fee (1.7 lakhs- Australia 491 visa) everyone got vanished.

Later a guy with poor communication skill (Banda Chaitanya) will irritate you in the name of assisting you. Then in the name of Registered Migration Agent (Carlisle) from Australia will guide you for exact 2 minutes. After that you will never get that person in call. He will simply forward you emails saying how many got selected for the current draw. In that email, he won't even edit the name to address you.

Kindly, do not stuck with this Y-Axis scammers. I am a victim of these people. i wish there shall be a negative star option.

"be aware, unreliable advice, just want your money"

be aware, they will tell you that you are eligible for PR but by the end, you just get waste money, and you are actually not eligible, do not listen to their advice, better do your own search about requirement. These people just gave you hope for untrue thing then take money from your pocket, no responsibility and reliability. I wasted 5k for them as they said I am eligible for Canada PR, took alot of time for doing IELTS , other paper then actually found out I am very far far far away from Canada's requirement to get PR.
