"Good Experience"
I applied for the job search via Bala and team for y-axis for Australia. The team did an extraordinary job and Bala had full knowledge with the job search thing and then he got my job approvals like very fast.
He did a tremendous job and amazing effort, settled well in Western Australia and settled with family. We've already settled down in Perth, Australia and we're very happy with the service. I would recommend strongly for everybody to do y-axis as a partner for your job and use their services.

"A Disastrous Experience with Y-Axis Immigration Consultant"
I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Y-Axis Immigration Consultant between April 27th and September 19th, 2023, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. The entire ordeal was marked by unprofessionalism, broken promises, misinformation, a complete lack of accountability, and an alarming practice of conveniently ending conversations at their convenience.
Initially, I was bombarded with 17 relentless calls from their sales agent, Swetha Priya Mareddi, pushing me to apply for PR in Canada. Despite my clear disinterest due to long wait periods and my desire to pursue a postgraduate program in Canada starting in September 2023, they insisted I engage with them. Swetha roped in Benhur Samson, supposedly a seasoned consultant with 13 years of experience, to counsel me.
I was well aware of the tight timelines for the September 2023 intake and expressed my concerns to Benhur. He assured me they could meet these deadlines if I engaged them immediately, promising relentless efforts from their team, even if it meant working around the clock. Convinced, I made the payment on May 22nd, placing my trust in their commitment to making the September 2023 intake a reality.
However, the Y-Axis team demonstrated utter incompetence and lack of dedication. Despite being aware of the urgency, they transferred my case to a team in Dubai, further delaying the process. Their lackadaisical research in recommending colleges and programs still accepting applications for September 2023 was evident. They pushed for a January 2024 intake without even giving adequate effort to explore available options for September 2023.
The real problems began when my application was finally submitted, and I received an acceptance letter from a college. Y-Axis delayed the process unnecessarily, causing further frustration. When I decided to withdraw from their services, they bombarded me with numerous agents attempting to convince me otherwise, showcasing a persistent lack of respect for my decision.
To exacerbate the situation, any agent from Y-Axis could conveniently drop the conversation at their liking, showing a lack of professionalism and commitment to addressing concerns. They mishandled the refund, showing a clear lack of transparency and integrity in their dealings.
In conclusion, my experience with Y-Axis Immigration Consultant was beyond terrible. Their unprofessionalism, false promises, and mishandling of my case left me feeling cheated and thoroughly disappointed. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and explore more reliable and reputable alternatives.
Ultimately, a partial refund of AU$1000 of total AU$1900 was issued. Nevertheless, I strongly believe it's vital to recount my experience to help you in making an informed decision. Firstly, engaging an immigration agent, especially Y-Axis, is unnecessary for Canada. And if you do choose to proceed, I sincerely hope you do not encounter individuals like those I've listed in the end of this review. In essence, once you've made the payment, you're trapped in the arrangement, and they display a lack of concern for your predicament.
1. Benhur Samson (root of whole fiasco) (Australia)
2. Swetha Priya Mareddi (Australia/India)
3. Sachin Basnayake (Dubai, he can conveniently be in meetings or out of office when doesn't want to reply)
3. Sridevi B (Dubai)
4. Mohan Reddy (Australia)
5. Vishwa Shanthi Choppala (Hyderabad)
6. Neelima Francis (Hyderabad)

"One of my friends suggested contacting…"
One of my friends suggested contacting Y-Axis for Permanent residency in Australia. I am very pleased that Y-Axis appointed a very professional team of Gagandeep Kaur Khanna and Shainay to proceed with the visa application. Both of them are very polite and possess a very depth knowledge regarding the visa processes and I will strongly recommend the Y-Axis for immigration purposes.

"Most of google reviews are fake"
Most of google reviews are fake, just see how many of those are from local guides. I applied for student visa and even after 2 months, they have not applied any application. They keep lying and recently they told me that the actual agent was based overseas. Stay away from them!

"Fraud and scammers Y AXIS"
Fraud and scammers, Y AXIS
Beware of these scammers and fraudsters and don't spend your hard earned money on these money hungry dogs.
My file for Australia skilled migration is completely ignored and mishandled by Ali Asghar, Syed Fareeduddin Ahmed and Y AXIS team Hyderabad.
Any of the payment links sent doesn't work with international or domestic debit or credit cards. Without consulting me and understanding my case they have issued a customized
checklist which even after 2.5 month not applicable for me as not being an Indian citizen.
They have a portal where we can upload our documents, but after uploading the documents we can't even see or get feedback that documents are uploaded.
So, only one way is to send the documents by email. processing consultant sends duplicate numbers of the documents for the translation roughly about 120 pages rather 60 pages, which I have not checked it would have been costed me about 1.6 lac INR
First step towards Australia skilled migration is skill assessment which they are delaying since the last 5 weeks in spite of requested and confirmed original and translated documents being provided to processing consultants.
The project report which is required to submit for skill assessment takes 2 weeks to prepare by myself but they are taking 4 weeks to review it. For the last 5 weeks they are bluffing that we will prepare your application in one week then 2 days then again 2 days and now a week.
They are lying that since 5 weeks they are working on my CV as per the guidelines of skill assessment body, and after 3 escalation mails and constant calls they shared me half finished resume with just my identity details and profession details (copy paste from my reference letters from my employers) which takes max 10 minutes, which further missing my educational details and technical details.
Even after 2 months, the processing consultant wasn't really aware of my basic profile and details and asked for my Indian PAN card as my identity documents in spite I am not an Indian citizen last week.
when I asked for the refund, the technical head bother himself to check my case and after 2 months they are asking additional documents for translation which they could have requested at very beginning, just to hide or covering up his consultant mistakes which again costed me 10000 INR separately
In short, they are just call center under the hood of migration consultancy, and they are bunch of liars and cheaters, and this is well organised and planned scam to drain the money form international clients as they are aware clients can't harm them any thing with pretending service quality and delay/not progressing any activities.
Even if Y axis won't refund me the complete amount for migration service fee, I will definitely address my embassy in India to pursue a criminal investigation along with Indian authorities for this SCAM.

"BEWARE of this company"
BEWARE of this company. Do not sign up. They will deceive you. They take your money and completely ignore you once you sign up. I wish I had gone through the reviews before signing up with this HORRIBLE COMPANY. Unfortunately I paid whole amount and did not get benefited in any way. I had to call them every time and follow up. I wasted 1 year with them and decided to try with other agencies who gave me other options which y axis do not have. Yaxis is very inefficient and will fail you. They will not give any individual client focus. You will not hear from them. They just sent the automated updates. All they do is fill out the application and register with the provinces which you can do yourself if you put in the effort. They have no capability or connections to help you in any other way. They will forward the profile to their hyderabad branch and will never hear from Australian team. The people who signed you up will leave the job in few months and you will have no point of contact (within 8 months, the person who signed me up and subsequent contact both resigned and left) They do not care and will ignore you and will never return your calls. Had bad experience with supervisor ASHWIN who is very ignorant and obnoxious . He doesn't even remember the conversation he had previously with the clients. I know other clients who have had similar experiences where Y-axis convinces them to sign up without looking into the chances or their age and being truthful . They waste client's time and when they dont get any positive response from Canada and when they are no longer eligible, y-axis just refunds a small portion of that amount or gives no refund at all. So please dont waste your time and hard earned money with this fraudulent company.

"Unprofessional, rude and zero knowledge."
One of the worst agency I've ever come across. They are VERY VERY unprofessional and rude. Provided minimal advice AFTER I've paid for their services. Would be understandable if they provided minimal advice during the first free consultation, but to not help and provide advice to the client (aka me) during the process is just ridiculous. Why am I even paying you if you're not providing me any value whatsoever? I'm bascially doing 95% of the work, all I need is advice and guidance. Provided none of this. A useless company filled with agents with zero common sense and knowledge.

"This agency is really the worst"
This agency is really the worst. We raised my issues to them because they were very incompetent in handling the profile. They didn’t do follow-ups. They didn’t give good advice with our situation. Every time I called, they always said they were busy or unavailable. Asked for a refund because they were not doing anything. Paid a lot of money to them just for a student visa. We paid 2,750 excluding the application fees that we paid to the schools that I researched about. They couldn’t even recommend good schools. Can you imagine how many weeks we have to save for that kind amount of money just to pay them but they didn’t care about my situation at all. They gave us a refund (which was so less than the amount we originally paid) but they only sent us less than what was agreed. They didn’t even do much. Other agencies won’t even charge you for applying to a school. We thought they are good because of their reviews, but we should have been more careful. I gave a bad review few weeks ago. They told me to delete my review before they will process my refund, but now they didn’t even give back the proper refund. I felt like I wasted my money investing in this agency. They just lie and make false promises. They are only thinking about the profits of the company and not the well-being as their client. Don’t waste your time and hard earned money in this agency. They wasted my time, money, and energy. My mental health has been affected because of this agency.
