"Frustrating, and a catalyst for negative reviews from your customers"
We have been incredibly frustrated with the service provided by Ezi Returns. While we initially trusted them to manage our returns process efficiently, their performance has consistently fallen far below expectations.
Late Processing Times: Ezi Returns routinely takes an unreasonably long time to process returns. This delay leaves us and our customers in limbo, causing unnecessary stress and damaging our business operations.
Delays in Confirmation of Returns Received: Even after returns are delivered to their hubs, it often takes them ages to confirm receipt. This lack of timeliness disrupts our ability to manage customer queries and refund processes promptly, resulting in unhappy customers and tarnished trust.
Frequent Backlog Issues: On several occasions, Ezi Returns has claimed that particular hubs are experiencing backlogs. While operational hiccups are understandable to a degree, it is unacceptable for these issues to repeatedly impact our business. Their lack of proactive communication or solutions leaves us scrambling to deal with the fallout.
Severe Impact on Amazon Operations: Perhaps the most damaging aspect of their service has been the repercussions on our Amazon business. Their inefficiencies have led to numerous A-Z claims being filed against us. This not only results in financial losses but also severely impacts our seller rating and reputation on the platform. Ezi Returns' lack of accountability for these repercussions is deeply troubling.
Overall Poor Communication: The communication from Ezi Returns has been consistently inadequate. Instead of taking ownership of their failings, they often deflect responsibility, leaving us to bear the brunt of the consequences.
Huge Delays in Consolidated Shipments: In addition to the issues mentioned, there have been significant delays in the preparation and dispatching of consolidated shipments containing returns from their hubs, particularly in the USA. These delays further diminish the resale value of the returned products, compounding our financial losses and adding to our frustrations.
In summary, Ezi Returns has not just failed to meet the basic standards of a return management service but has actively harmed our business. Their chronic delays, operational inefficiencies, and lack of accountability make them an unreliable partner. We would strongly advise any business considering their services to look elsewhere to avoid the headaches and potential losses we’ve experienced.

Entreprise qui récupère et signe la réception d'un colis qui ne lui est pas destiné, se mure dans le silence pendant 15 jours au lieu d'avertir et refuse de donner une preuve de retour pour démêler la situation ensuite. Personnel agressif et insolent qui ne se remet pas en cause, qui veut vous expliquer son métier (qui nous indiffère totalement) au lieu de trouver une solution. Bref, Esi Returns est en tort, n'est pas du tout commerçant et leurs mails sont truffés de fautes de français

"We cannot recommend Ezi"
We cannot recommend Ezi. We only started with Ezi because we were practically forced to provide foreign return addresses. There are very high costs with Ezi and extremely expensive return costs if you want the goods back. They even want money for the "disposal" of perfect and high-quality goods. Who believes that, for example, a watch or jewellery or anything else that works perfectly is disposed of and ends up in the rubbish? We believe that they sell it elsewhere. For us, it would have been much cheaper to give the item to each customer instead of sending it back to an Ezi address.
Months ago we cancelled the contract and removed the Ezi addresses so that no new parcels would be sent there. They didn't react for ages and despite the final invoice, the money continues to be debited. Everyone should make their own experiences, maybe there are actually companies where the high costs of Ezi and the even higher return costs are worth it. Even if we had sent every single customer a free return note to Germany for 15 euros, it would have been much cheaper than with Ezi.
We just want to be left alone by Ezi.
They can do whatever they want with our good goods, but we won't pay them a single cent more.
Our mistake was discovered by our new tax advisor, that we pay far too much and it doesn't do us any good and then costs us even more money.
