"WARNING: Battling to get money back"
There were some minor bugs on playing content and decided to cancel the subscription (within the 30 days of purchase) and get my money back which was advertised within the sign-up process. Or so I thought. Currently being ghosted by 'Kevin' with no responses to those that I have made in the past 10 days asking for an update on the on the processing of the refund. Perhaps just a warning to those looking to purchase that they might want to be sure that they want to service as they will battle to get their money back... if they get it back at all.

"Really loved the content"
Really loved the content, I have signed up for other cooking online subscription content before, MasterClass, for example, and yesChef really delivers with good content. I also really like the structure of how the content is organized and the feel of it as well. My personal favorite is Francis Mallman, but there are many wonderful chefs, many recipes I’ve made. Highly recommend!

"DO NOT fall for this"
DO NOT fall for this. I purchased a gift card for a holiday gift. They never said it would be a $300 subscription with auto-renewal. Now I am having to fight to get my money back. TERRIBLE!

"SCAM."
I was gifted a subscription last year for Christmas by my Mom. On the day after Christmas this year they charged both me and my mom $300 each. My account doesn't even list a saved payment method. Such a scam and so odd and weird practice for a brand with such big name chefs. I'm blown away. Disputed the charge with my bank.

Buyer beware! Auto Renew for you and your friends.
Charged me $300 for an auto renewal with no 30 day notice as required by law.
Even worse, they hit a close friend who I gifted a subscription to the year before.
Both charges hit on Christmas Eve. Merry Christmas from YesChef. Still fighting the charge, and no refund yet issued.

Total rip-off
Tried to change my email but could not do it.
Then tried to cancel but no way without contacting them by email.
No response
5 emails later said it would be refunded in 4-day sill not prayed after 3 weeks,
Had to contact bank to cancel DO NOT SIGN-UP
After making this review I was contacted by Yeschef saying they tried to refund my payment (bull S**t) and would I delete the review,
I have had to cancel my card and start a fraud claim against YesChef!
These do not have any program other than RIPING YOU OFF

Morally corrupt business. I purchased a one off year gift subscription for someone else last Christmas. Gave them the code to activate their subscription.
On Christmas Day this year they have charged me £270 and restarted a new subscription on my personal behalf. No email to warn me or communicate to me beforehand at any stage They say they offer a 30 day refund policy but they refuse to cancel or refund me for a new subscription that wasn’t even initially mine, and that I didn’t ask for and have told them to rescind. I notified them the same day and they are uninterested. Shocking. They are keeping the money and say they are entitled to it.
Run from this corrupt company as fast as you can.
They will take your money and run and do not care about their customers or their reputation.

They charged my card $300 for “1” subscription. I sogned up to be notified when my 1 year was up. There was no notification. When i requested a refund, they offered a fkn giftcard.
If i cant afford $300 for a 1 year class, am I to do with a gift card that is $300 for a class? They Charged me on Xmas Eve, when they were having a 2 for 1. But im charged $300

Well after a very frustrating initial experience, which was my initial error, they have rectified everything and I am really enjoying all of the classes and hope to use them to wow family over the holidays! In the end great value!

Yes Chef is marketed as take some classes and sometimes invite a friend for the price of one. It will auto renew which was shocking. We tried to cancel within the hour that we saw it auto renewed and Yes Chef wouldn't allow it. You are warned, this is a subscription that is near to impossible to cancel.
