"Threatening Letters and Zero Accountability"

This company has taken to sending threatening letters and delivering apathetic responses when chasing money. Despite raising concerns, they resort to single-line invoices as “evidence” of work done—offering no detail or accountability.

Our community has caught them out, and instead of resolving the issue properly, they dig themselves deeper into a hole. Surely, a company of this size should have an auditable trail for all subcontracted work? I’m beginning to wonder if they’ve been hoodwinked themselves, but if that’s the case, it’s their error—not ours. Until they can provide proper evidence, all charges must be called into question.

To make matters worse, I’ve left a voice message requesting their complaints process, but I’ve yet to hear back. They seem much more active here, though—perhaps complaints only matter when they’re public?

"NO ACCOUNTABILITY "

With my experience and ongoing dispute over charges for maintenance that this company DID NOT undertake but CHARGED for... I would definitely NOT recommend anyone use - Steer clear - Run for the hills.... you'll be better off!
No accountability. No Customer care or service. Cowboys 🤠!


Re the response from greenbelt. This isn't something new that was reported on 26th November, As I was advised by greenbelt. They are dealing with the disputed bill with 1 resident. So to replying saying the first contact was 26th make even more of a mockarry of your cowboy outfit

"Extremely poor customer care response…"

Extremely poor customer care response times to lodged query.
No ownership to quickly and adequately answer customer query
Any attempted follow up from myself is met with Greenbelt highlighting a 20 business day response time. This results in bill queries automatically generating debt recovery procedures.

Query relates to billed work that was not carried out by Greenbelt or a sub contractor hence the dispute.

Very good at issuing postal correspondence and automated letters but very poor customer service via telephone, email or via the online portal.

"Absolute chancers "

Have issued a bill for my estate with items included that categorically haven't been done. I raised a dispute by email the day the bill was issued but the "customer care team" (how humourous!) don't update the billing/credit control team so when customer care don't bother to deal with the dispute, then the billing/credit control team continue to chase and bully for payment.

Jason, a credit control case manager, actually told a neighbour he "doesn't care" that there is a dispute on the invoice and he cannot stop any recovery process. It also took them over 7 weeks to cobble together a supposed copy of an invoice for work done, but again doesn't prove the work was actually completed. I could send them an invoice today for £10k, does that mean they would they just pay it then?

What type of business are these people running?! It's absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessional.

UPDATE: The response below is ridiculous. Providing a photograph from around 12-15 metres away over a year after they claim the work was completed is laughable at least and again proves that the works were not completed.

They also try to claim to TrustPilot that any reviews they don't like are "harmful and illegal" then "defamatory". This is 100% factual with photographic proof from the time to back it up, which they cannot provide. I look forward to seeing them in Civil Court when they commence action that they keep threatening.

"Wrote to Greenbelt asking for access to…"

Wrote to Greenbelt asking for access to the accounts for my estate as legally entitled to see them Guess what still waiting over 6 months later. All they every say is contact our customer service team you do and still no access. its come to the point that after Christmas i will be applying to the Leasehold tribunal service to get them to make a determination on the charges plus give me access to the accounts as legal required.
Google Leasehold Tribunal and see what action you can take against this company, if more people did this them maybe they would provide what they are legal required to do.

With reference to your reply the legislation actually states that customers are entitled to have the accounts audited by a suitably qualified person. So you saying that it contains private information is irrelevant customers have the right to all the accounts and you have failed to supply this although it has been requested formally several times.

Bunch of scammers. Overcharge you for every single service. Extortionate admin fees. They have you over a barrel and charge you whatever they want.

"Payment issue"

I was frustrated due to the overdue charge, I contacted the customer support and explained the situation, I had only received a mail letter stating I was overdue, no prior communications. I was set up for paperless they checked confirmed I was register and resent the notification email, they also refunded the overdue charge, it came straight through, suggesting the issue was on myside. The prompt response and handling meant I was both informed and corrected as to the issue.
