Excellent communications from both Wineware and their courier (DPD) - allowing me to change delivery date when goods were sent sooner than I expected. My order was for wine glasses and they were packaged with large amounts of padding for protection. Received in perfect condition. All online retailers should aspire to this level of service.

A good choice of product. We ordered a wine cabinet/cube, well 2 actually for colour choice as we couldn’t see any colour samples on the website which would obviously have been helpful. So we have had to pay for the return of the wine cube we didn’t want.
