We,have been using your company for well over ten years now and I have to say that your response to all enquires have been delt with within twenty four hours or even on the day we have rang for an engineer. Well done team.

I ordered a cooker but it was agreed to be with me by a date or I would not need it, someone came and took measurements then two days later I called to find out what was going on and was told someone else needed to come measure, the next thing I get a call to say someone was at my kitchen to take the measurements again( not sure why once was not enough) it was without notice and I was not in the area and the time had past that I needed it, I was losing trade so had to get from another company, it's been nearly 3 months now and I'm still waiting for my deposit back it's descusting it took them 30 seconds to take deposit but months to pay it back. And to make things worse the lady I spoke to on the phone was snobby and was blaming me......very professional not.
P.s also sent emails asking what's going on and when would I get money back but no reply.
P s.s I got that reply below one min later so I email like it says and still no reply so oviously the reply from n here was so fast to make them look good because I'm still waiting for email reply

I've since been told it's been sorted now but will take 3 days to get my deposit back. Not sure why it takes 3 days when they took it from my bank instantly, have they never heard of a instant bank transfer it's 2019
