I can’t say enough about my first experience with SPELAB. The shipment was quick, however when it arrived, it had 2 of the smaller parts missing and it appeared to be fault of the shipping company, rather than SPELAB, but I can’t say for certain. What I can say is, the moment I mentioned it, they asked “what’s missing?” Then I received an email with a new tracking number! I was impressed to say the least. I appreciate the team at SPELAB!

I would absolutely avoid them they are purposely misleading about the availability of their products and are starting to seem very shady. I ordered a full delete kit $1400 and when i got it the tuner wasn’t with it. I emailed them and asked about it and they claimed their website stated it was out of stock which is an outright lie it still doesn’t say they are out of stock. They told me they are hoping to have them restocked around June 25th. I told them I can not wait this is my company truck and I would have ordered parts somewhere else if they had been honest about the availability and now it’s been over a week and they won’t respond to my emails.

Don't purchase from SPELAB. Their customer service is horrible. I am having an issue with my Tuner from MiniMaxx, (I wouldn't recommend them either). Both boxes and companies state 24/7 service, that's a lie. I have been waiting for a resolution for almost 7days. Purchase from a company that has GOOD service and stands behind their products.
