"Excellent product and price"

Excellent product and is priced very competitively that does exactly what you need to do. The valve opens very quick compared to others I have used. I have had mine installed and used everyday for about a year and no issues.

"BUYER BEWARE"

BUYER BEWARE. I was sold a faulty product and was advised I had been issued a refund on July 8th. It has been almost a month and I have still not received a refund. Customer service keeps making excuses- telling me they have to issue the refund on PayPal, but now that they my PayPal, they say that they can’t issue the refund on PayPal either. Customer service only replies between the hours of 1am and 4am. I would not recommend anyone buy from SPELAB and will continue to post on every social media page they have until they get me the refund they promised a month ago. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

"This is my first order here"

This is my first order here. The parts I ordered were correct and fit perfectly, with one exception the bolts for the up pipes were two threads too long on the ford 6.4 turbo housing. So OEM bolts were purchased and installed. I’m not complaining just letting you know for future reference. I also received a 2xl t-shirt that was apparently mislabeled from a medium/ large. They are fixing that now. Thank you for your great service experience.

"Customer service "

Customer service I purchased the delete kit for my 2006 Chevy Duramax diesel. Spelab took care of me after I ordered the wrong part. They made sure I got sent the correct one sent out right away so I could complete my project. This kit bolted right up and my truck and is running like it did when it was new. Thank you Guys

"Spelab is a crap company "

Do not buy from this company by any means. Their customer support is very bad. You can only get ahold of them through email. And it takes them 3 days to email you back.
When you order their products, they do not send the entire order to you and when you request a refund or send the missing parts it takes them months to get it back to you and they only give you about half of your refund in my case it took them 2 months to get me my money back and like I said, I only got half of it and then they said sorry about my luck, I will never ever buy anything from this company ever again very bad experience

"These clowns are a sick ripoff joke"

These clowns are a sick ripoff joke. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Completely horrible experience on every level. These people are not Americans, and they have absolutely no regard for their USA customers at all. I ordered an exhaust kit, I paid them in full, and the kit came incomplete without the tuner. They told me the tuner would come a MONTH AND A HALF LATER!!!
So I cancelled my order and the real fun started. They wouldn't send me a prompt return code and played stupid. Then they sent me only one code when there were 3 packages, with one box being 6 ft. long. Then they finally sent another code a week later for the rest, so I sent it,
That was 8 weeks ago, and these douchebags still haven't refunded my money. I had to contest this with my bank!
NEVER EVER EVER USE THESE CHINESE RIPOFFS FOR ANYTHING!!!

"I had a problem with the plug and play"

I had a problem with the plug and play, as well as the valve itself. I emailed them explaining the situation and within less than 4 days I got a replacement for the parts I need. They were very helpful and easy to communicate with!! Thank you again!!! 10/10 recommend!!! 10/10 support!! Fast shipping!!
