I am writing to highly commend Kate Hoag. I needed information about creating an LLC, and she responded quickly and clearly to my request.
Since I have never done this before, several questions came up for me during the process. Kate responded quickly to each of my emails and provided the information i needed each time.

Correct items were listed on invoice but did not reflect what was shipped. One item is incorrect. I had called and emailed but did not get a response to date.

The notary stamp in my possession for many years cracked, thereby leaving me without a notary stamp. My job involves me using my notary stamp several times on a daily basis.

I contacted Blumberg Excelsior to create a new stamp. I immediately received an email from Debra Ramsey involving the details of creating a new notary stamp. I also explained to her the urgency involved in receiving a new stamp as soon as possible. The order was placed on Friday, August 20th, and the stamp was delivered on Wednesday, August 25th.
