I ordered covers to protect my clients' wills. What I received are pieces of paper, not covers. I spent $170 for these things which have no discernable purpose.

While I may have misunderstood what the product was, decent customer service would have been to offer me a discount on another product which would be suitable for the intended purpose, but nope. Flatly refused. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

My order is completely wrong and I have called a few different times and left a Voicemail. I have yet got a call back to fix this issue. Once this error gets corrected I can leave an better review.

My order was wrong. I ordered The corporation papers for Arizona instead they sent Arkansas. I reached out to customer service who wasn’t very helpful. Almost $100 bucks down the drain. I’m very unhappy with their customer service representative Joy

Update: the response from the president was not the truth. Joy did not reach out to me about the capitalization of my company. I spoke with another representative I have the audio recording of message received and a extension of the gentleman I spoke with. I which this president would’ve reached out to me directly instead of using the word of Joy. Again I would NOT recommend this company
