I ordered a nice leather binder for my corporation. I got a flimsy plastic binder that was damaged when it arrived. It took weeks for it to arrive. I wouldn't recommend using Blumber.

I placed my order online June 15, 2020. When I did not hear back by June 24, 2020, I sent a follow up email to Joy. She was able to expedite my order and it was delivered on June 29, 2020. Only wished that the company would have followed up with me and not the other way around. This is why I have 4 and not 5 stars.

I received an email with a discount code. It was entered and reflected on my invoice screen but the discount wasn't reflected in the total. Prior to placing the order I called and was reassured the bill would be adjusted upon order.

Received my order with a bill for the full amount. I called and initially spoke with a confused and confusing individual who muttered something about a credit on a future purchase. I obviously challenged that. Ultimately someone called and said they would call back Monday as all of the billings were closed or some such.

It is now 3;00 on Tuesday. No call. Fortunately I placed the order on a charge card. Will enter a dispute there.
