KEITH ADRIAN was extremely detailed and thorough getting me the information I needed. He was incredibly helpful and patient and this was the best experience I've had with Boundless.

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid down the immigration fee plus the USCIS application fee upfront which was over $1400. They eventually sent me some information to fill out about me and my fiancé. I filled all that out then they responded with. Hey, you should add these things, and I added those things and replied to them and Told them I had added those things and that was over a year ago and they’ve done absolutely nothing with my application sense and now they’re saying they’re gonna refuse to do a refund except for the application fee!
How is it legal to advertise a service, charge someone for the service and then not do the service and then keep the money?
I will be seeking legal counsel on this!

"Gelli was nice over the phone and…"

Gelli was nice over the phone and provided me instructions on how to get the typos on my fiancés visa fixed. I questioned her a few times but she ASSURED me that my fiancé can go to the US Embassy in London without an appointment to get his visa fixed. He spent £160 to get train to go to the US Embassy and the US Embassy turned him away saying they could not help him without an appointment… but there is no option to get an appointment for a visa error fix. He was sent home and they did not help him.

My fiancé has an upcoming trip in 1 week and that is not enough time to get the Visa fixed. He wasted time and money because we were given the wrong instruction. Even though Gelli was really nice and patient with us, we could not get the Visa error fixed.

My fiancé is on a K-1 visa and it would be very heartbreaking for the both of us if he got turned away because he couldn’t fix the visa error because we took the wrong steps to try and get it fixed and was not able to get it fixed on time.

Absolutely terrible service!! Wasted two months of Green Card Application. They will put you in an endless circle of reviews and support will give you the same answers every day. 3 business days turn to a week, an uploaded document will mysteriously disappear and now you will have to wait again for another review. I hope at this point we can even get a refund so please save yourself time, effort and money and avoid them!
