"Company sells used damaged merchandise not as advertised new"

I purchased a Pyle stereo and they sent the unit damaged and it appeared to be used as we'll had to pay out of my own pocket to ship back. They sent me another one it had more damage than the first one. I gave clear instructions written and verbal that I wanted a new unit as advertised and they sent me yet a third unit today that has clear wear from being used and it cuts off. Buyer beware check all reviews before you purchase from any company.

"It is refurbished...honest"

In July of this year Zoning ordered me to cut down the tree in my yard. Having little money with which to work I purchased a "refurbished" Poulan Pro 18" chainsaw from VMinnovations online. I received the chainsaw within a week but it didn't work. The clutch was jammed. I exchanged it but had to argue to avoid paying the return shipping fee.
The second chainsaw was also nonfunctional. It wouldn't even start. They offered to exchange it again but refused to pay the shipping. I got BBB involved at this point. VMinnovations agreed to exchange again and waived the shipping fee.
The third chainsaw was partly functional and I got the tree removal completed. The problem was that once the chainsaw died you had to wait 1 1/2 hours before it would restart. It was a long process to get the job done.
I took the chainsaw to a small engine mechanic. He found that the coil was worn out and assured me that even a cursory examination by a qualified technician, such as should happen in a genuine refurbishment, would have corrected this problem. It cost me $80 to fix the problem.
VMinnovations stated repeatedly that Poulan Pro had done the refurbishment so this entire problem was their fault.
I beg to differ. If you sell a product you are responsible for the statements you make about that product. I have no doubt Poulan Pro cheated VMinnovations but that does not give VMinnovations the right to pass that loss off to their customers. Imagine you received a counterfeit bill during a transaction and after discovering it you passed it off to the first person with whom you conducted a transaction. By VMinnovations' standards I guess that would be ethical.
I'll never do business with this company again.
