"The WORST CUST. SERVICE IMAGINABLE !!!"
This company is a complete joke !! You upload information for them Credit Cards etc and then you cannot access the info you uploaded or their reps are too incompetent to show you. That is scary. Now for over 2 days and I cannot even log in to my account. The screen just buffers. The reps are ABSOLUTLY useless!! They lie and say they will call back and never do. After well over an hour wasted with two inept people I asked for a Supervisor. THERE IS NONE !!! Finally one guy said he could only have the Supervisor call me back today at 11am - It is 7pm now and no call. I am reporting them to the BBB where I see they already have a bad rating. Now I know why !!

Good luck ever getting this scam of a company to remove your account. I mistakenly opted into this service because my company paid for it. Right after signing up, the spam emails started flowing in, and right away, I tried to cancel my account. Nope. Here we are 6+ months later, 5+ calls to their customer service, and I'm still receiving emails from them about my credit score or other spam! Here's what will happen next: someone from their company will respond with a canned response that includes them saying to call their 800 number; after that, I will call, and nothing will happen. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE

"The Worst!"
I was a paying costumer for years, with a family plan. The one time I has the misfortune of having a serious breach ID Force failed miserably. All my accounts were hacked. For about two weeks I had to change passwords, close accounts, file claims with vendors, etc. I never received one notification from ID Force.
Worst than that when I called to get the story. I was put on hold, referred to other departments, promised callbacks, on and on. I was giving a “case number” and several names “specialty agents” , all who promised to get back to me –never did- till this day. I finally just decided not to renew my service.
A waste of money, years of payments, and the most I ever got for my money was emails alerting me to sex offender within 20 miles of me.

"No Customer Service response - Three weeks"
I have called them twice about an issue to add my wife. The customer rep keeps saying they have a backlog and somebody will call me back in 24-48 hours. No one called me back and there is no way to talk to a manager.
I even emailed their customer service who has not responded back to me in 7 business days.
Their website still points to Sontiq. This is such a terrible setup.
