My identity was stolen 3 times during the time I had IndentityForce coverage and IdentityForce never alerted me to any of them. I also had all of my accounts set to alert me to any purchases over $200 and any time my credit was pulled. I was rarely alerted to any purchases over $200. I made multiple large purchases over $1000 which IdentityForce never caught. I even took out a loan for $22,000 which IdentityForce didn't catch until 5 weeks later. I'm confident that this service is one of the worst available as they have proven that they are not actively motoring anything. Spend your money elsewhere.

As a new victim to identity theft I felt violated and lost on what to do. After 2 weeks of researching online IdentityForce stood out among the rest. Offering full and comprehensive plans for family, with all 3 bureaus.
There customer service is stellar, I have called several times now with questions and direction, the wait time is minimal, and they seem like genuine happy to assist people.
I am very happy, and feel as protected as you can be in this world of fraud.

I tried to cancel a reoccurring subscription. It was basically impossible to do so per the agents I spoke with. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. One agent's suggestion was that I cancel my card so they would stop billing me. Multiple agents were unhelpful or condescending and the manager was always out of the office or at lunch when I asked for her.
