Excellent experience from pickup to dropoff. I picked a Toyota Yaris hybrid and was able to have my booking confirmed instantly. I also didnt need any keys the entire trip as I could lock/unlock from my phone via Bluetooth! Highly recommend and hope to book again soon!!

Great service. I was particularly impressed with the way things were handled during the weekend when there were issues with the car (a flat tyre). It was managed very quickly and efficiently and they were able to provide me with another vehicle within 5 minutes.

Used Hiyacar a few times now. The app works well and the technology for keyless rental pickup and dropoff also works remarkably well and saves lots of hassle with meeting owners at agreed times etc. The car I used had one fault but the Hiyacar help and support team got it resolved remotely within minutes. The booking process is a little frustrating as whilst the car hire and booking fees tend to be set and easy to manage, the insurance quotations (which are clearly a third party algorithm) fluctuate wildly and take some tweaking to try and get the best deal. I've even found keeping the car overnight to be cheaper than returning it late?
Will use Hiyacar again I am sure!

Although the booking was cancelled the minute I arrived at the car :( Hiya's reps were very supportive and tried to help. Sadly I had to book a car with a different agency, and Hiya immediately refunded me + covered the extra cost I had to add to the other agency.

Rented a car in London for a day trip, and the process was smooth overall, and the car was in good condition. My only complaint was that I was initially unable to pick a drop-off time later than 10 pm when making the booking, but then later on when I contacted a customer support agent in the in-app chat, I was able to extend the rental beyond 10 pm. This felt quite unnecessary and somewhat a waste of time - I should've been able to just pick a later drop-off time when making the booking.
