Karl has helped me for a few weeks to troubleahoot and then upgrade my PC. He did several component reinstallations, working around my schedule and letting me know whenever anything relevant came up. During troubleshooting he gave several options, and ultimately gave me an improved and fully working pc at a very fair price.

This was my first experience going into pc gaming as I’ve always wanted to try it but the problem is that I had no idea where to start but then I heard of kp-pc builds of someone that I knew and honestly couldn’t be any happier with the service I got with Karl!, he helped me pick out a pc that fitted my budget but whilst also being the most premium parts and got the pc built specially for you!, they are by far the best company for price as most parts are actually cheaper than most pre build sites, the overall time it took for everything to get made aswell was really fast and was sent out within the week, even when I had the pc in hand, Karl was very helpful into getting everything plugged up and went through step by step on how to get your pc set up, I honestly could not recommend someone more than this business as it is definitely the best customer service I’ve had and will definitely be using their service again!

I really have no idea about PCs and wanted a decent level PC to run sim racing and a bit of VR. I was getting lost with the big online gaming PC companies so asked Karl to take a look at a rough spec I had, he recommended a number of improvements for a far more competitive price and built me up a fantastic PC which is totally beyond my expectations! The VR is a game changer - not sure I can go back to using a monitor!
