Karl is such a talented patient person.

The computer he built for me is gorgeous, and he talked me through the options available to try and keep within budget but make sure it’s as future proof as possible for the next generation of games.

One small RGB fault on one of the fans was handled by Karl contacting the supplier and having a new one sent out then he even gave me video tutorials on how to swap some parts over.

As someone new to pc gaming I was a bit worried about getting the right gear but I needn’t have worried as Karl honestly made it so easy and straight forward and now I get to game in full 4k in that sweet RGB glow!

Had a great experience using karl to finish off my pc build. He is thorough with the work and tested everything numerous of times to make sure everything is spot on, he was constantly updating me with the progress and he even done all the cable management for me without me asking.

He came to my house and picked up the machine free of charge. Even now after the service is complete he is still giving me advice if i have a question to ask.

If you want someone reliable, good at what he does, cheaper than the high street prices and someone that will explain things properly for you then i highly recommend using karl for all your pc builds/repairs.

I will be using karl in the future.
