"I lost my beautiful boy Percy 6 weeks…"

I lost my beautiful boy Percy 6 weeks ago and used legacy pets to help him on his journey. They was absolutely fantastic from start to finish , the initial phone call enquiring and the chap I spoke to was so empathetic and understanding then on the day Anna the lovely vet was so gentle and loving then the collection and return of of my boy was wonderful. Thank you for allowing me to help my boy pass the way I wanted and for your care and respect. There are not enough stars to give this company, thank you from the bottom of my heart

"Angels in disguise"

When we lost our furry best friend on Tuesday, we didnt know where to turn. Legacy pets were amazing and spoke calmly and were really supportive - even though i was a wreck on the phone.
We had initially booked the vet to come put Fly to sleep but turned out Fly had other ideas and was going to go on his own terms. So we phoned soon after to arrange collection. Mike turned up pretty quickly and sat down with us and spoke about what we would like them to do for Fly. Nothing was too big or small for Legacy. He rang to tell me when Fly had arrived safely into their care and he was still cuddled in his blanlet and on his bed - exactly how we left him.
The cremation team rang to tell me when it was Fly's turn and today ( 7th July) we picked him up.
We were informed every step of the way!

On collection we met Norma who made us feel at ease and also loved the picture we had chosen. We had our 10 year old with us, so it was nice to see he was involved when we picked up Fly.

I cant reccomend Legacy pets enough. Thank you for looking after our furry best friend 🐾💖

"Our beloved Hamster passed away after…"

Our beloved Hamster passed away after being unwell for a few days, we were devastated and living in a flat were unsure of how we’d lay her to rest. We came across Legacy Pets Cremation Services and gave them a call the following morning at around 10:30am, we were able to drop off Biscuit at 12:30pm and we received a call at 9:45am the following morning advising she was ready to come home. All the staff we experienced were so lovely and empathetic, made us feel like our grief was valid and whilst our little fur baby was so tiny she was part of the family and they didn’t treat her as any less. When we collected her they explained how the cremation was done and how they treat her in those moments, we couldn’t be more grateful for how they made a hard time so much more bearable. Would highly recommend. Thank you

"I can’t ask for a better vet and the owner."

I can’t ask for a better vet when I had to have to say goodbye to my Akita Buster his back legs just went my own vet won’t come out, the vet was absolutely amazing who came to the house she didn’t rush us she talked us through everything the owner come to pick Buster up for cremation even then he talked us through everything it wasn’t rushed saying goodbye I got to say my goodbyes properly this was all very late at night he even rang me to tell me Buster got there safe, they were absolutely amazing I’m so glad we got to say goodbye to Buster with the amazing vet its heartbreaking as it is.

"Its beyond words how much my soul is…"

Its beyond words how much my soul is happy that i went to Legacy Pets to have my beautiful best friend Benson cremated. Paula, Claire, Norma and Milos mum, thank you deeply. Once I'd got his ashes I could stop crying. It really helped me and my kids more than I could imagine.
I'll never forget my daughter telling me she could see Paula stroking Benson as we'd drove away after saying goodbye.

"Thank You for looking after my boy"

I got in touch with legacy pets wen my old boy our ozzy started getting worse on his back legs and spoke with a lady called josie and was planning ahead as knew I would be broken wen the time came. Josie was very nice and helpful even though I was heartbroken she made sure I was OK and kept telling me to take my time. Wen I knew it was time I got back in touch and josh answered the call. I was a mess trying to sort a vet out as our ozzys vet couldn't attend so josh sorted all that out as well as making sure I was OK. Josh also stayed late and arrived early the next morning and stil making sure I was OK, so Thank You Josh. The vet arrived his name was Charlie he took his time and explained everything and was respectful of my wishes regarding our ozzy. So Thank You Charlie for being kind and respectful to our ozzy. Charlie left and within 5 minutes Mike arrived to take our ozzy to legacy pets Mike was very kind and respectful to our ozzy and myself he was gentle with our ozzy and layed him in the van with his Teddy and a blanket he looked asleep I also received a call off Mike about a hour or so later to tell me our ozzy was in the quiet room with his Teddy and blanketso Thank You Mike for looking after our ozzy. John brought our ozzy home Friday with his nose and paw print Thank You John for looking after our ozzy and making sure I was OK. Thank You Karen for looking after our ozzy wen he arrived. I am still heartbroken but Legacy Pets did give me comfort to know that he was being looked after and know we're he was with people that genuinely care for pets. I would just like to say a massive thank you to Legacy Pets for the superb service they gave to our beloved cat Gizmo, the vet Shereen Aktar was compassionate, emphatic and very clear all the way through the process of saying our last goodbye, the office lady on the phone was also a credit in the way she handled my call, thank you Legacy Pets 🙏🏻

"They made a horrible process easier"

We had to make the heart breaking decision to have Chilli (our 18 year old cat) put to sleep as she was suffering and from the first phone call Legacy were wonderful. Kind, compassionate and personal service - they treated Chilli like they knew her and with respect
The vet was respectful and thoughtful explaining the process and being gentle such that what is a horrendous experience didn’t feel so bad
The young man who then came to pick Chilli up within 5-10 mins after the vet left was again compassionate and treated Chilli with respect even placing her upfront with him in the van and strapping her in
Picking up her ashes was also a personalised appointment and again staff were compassionate
