The ordering process and delivery was 5 stars but the product itself was not as good as had been advertised. It doesn't pick up most of my dog's hair.

Put a black pair of joggers in the wash that had dog hair on,didn't remove the hair so wouldn't recommend,the deshedder brush is good tho for the dogs long coat

Delivery was quick earlier than anticipated. The product is good as long as you use it in the right direction and make sure you clean it off otherwise you put the hair back on the surface so takes a bit of getting used to

Fur Magic results is not as good as I was expecting to remove Beagle dog hair from a Berghaus fleece, brushed loads of times in the direction of the arrow but hair still remained on fleece. Poor results.

"Just what I needed!"

I had seen on of these brushes for removing pet hair and decided the product looked good. After doing some research I decided the Fur Magic brush was good value and ordered online. It was easy to order and, even though a Bank Holiday was due, the product was despatched via a courier and delivered before the holiday. The product has certainly lived up to expectations although it is still early days and is easy to clean. All in all very good service and worth five stars. Would recommend.
