"I use daily"

Have been using this product daily on our bedding. We love the company of our dogs but during moulting times, hair is excessive. Also the small brush is ideal for carrying in your bag, to use on your clothes, just remember to go the way of the arrow ha ha.

"I have not received my order nor shipment tracking information"

I have not received my order, only the mail with info that it was dispatched, yet without any shipment tracking information. I asked for this tracking data - nobody cared to respond. My recommendation: shop elsewhere.

Was a little sceptical about this product. I used a regular brush on my lab before the Fur magic arrived and thought I had got all the dead hair, How wrong I was. The Fur magic took more dead hair out of out lab than I thought possible. Fantastic item which I would and have recommended to anyone who will listen.

This little fur comb is strong and well made , the rounded teeth ensure the safety on the animals skin, I love it.

I ordered three products and two were bundle sets which I asked for orange colour in self cleaning wand/brush that came with travel brush set. They sent me a pink set with no notification of any reasoning?
I also ordered the large pet laundry bag bundle with silicon pet hair catchers in yellow. Again they sent me pink with no notification of any reasoning as to why, or at least ask if I mind pink?
I contacted them, with no response/reply.
Not impressed with their lack of communications.
Only one item, which I asked for in limited edition orange and yes I got it (handheld roller for the carpets/rugs) but after 5 minutes use the wheel fell off?
Definitely will not shop with them again.
Very slack and unprofessional.

"Extremely Disappointed in This Company"

I don't like giving poor reviews, but having bought a Deshedding Tool and pestered to write a review by Fur Magic, I wrote a review saying that the tool did nothing to my beagle's coat. I tried to explain that the teeth cut into the blade are too finely cut, so the tool does not penetrate the fur. I saw the review posted correctly and waited to hear from them
After a week I checked back to see If the company had responded - I suppose I expected them to suggest an alternative tool from their arsenal. BUT I WAS APALLED TO SEE THEY HAD REMOVED MY REVIEW!
Thats despicable! So much for "the customer always being right". Afraid I will not now deal with this company again.
