Delivery speed was slow… about 9 days. Especially slow considered it was between two major cities/ hubs.

The box was damaged. Had opened and was taped shut. The item was not damaged but pieces could have fallen out.

Imagine how excited I was to get a new escooter home only to find my purchase requires major repairs. I am certain most places have a quality control inspection to ensure the product works but my S2 had a serious error code. It now sits in the corner of the house awaiting replacement parts while the summer dwindles away. Not a great experience at all.
