The quality of the customer service is completely below standard.
The cage mounting points were off, and some of the parts did not fit with the original OEM parts installed on the bike from the dealer.
The shipmen only contained Russian assembly instructions.
The English skill of the customer support was really bad.
The seller refused the responsibility for any fault in their product.
The emails got really short after issues came up, and they avoided answering any questions that would have been incriminating.

After a lot of reluctant back and forward with the seller, I returned the product to the seller without knowing if I was going to be refunded.
Later when I send a reminder email to the seller, he did finally send a decent refund.
