"Terrible quality cages"

Terrible quality. Had a 30mph crash and the rubber slider came off instantly damaging the expensive cage. They customer support was useless and refused to provide warranty like written in their TOS for poor quality product. 🤦🏽‍♂️ better to buy from somewhere else.

Since I can't attached images on here if you go to their recent google reviews you will see them there. What happend was I had a 30mph lowside and when I checked the bike after I notcied one of the rubber sliders came off instantly casusing damage to the cage and making me have to replace that left side of the cage since the rubber slider wont go in anymore because the metal was bent.

I contacted them showing pictures of where the cage had been damaged and complained saying the rubber slider should not have come off instantly and should have stayed on to take the impact (specially at such low speed) and they should replace me with only the left side of the cage as the product was faulty.

They denied and refused warrenty because apparently it protected the bike. But this is beside my point. I spent alot of money on this cage and for it to brake just because the rubber slider came off is a poor product. They wouldnt see my side of the argument and just kept replying "the photos speak for themselfs."

If you go to the google review you will see the photos clearly match what im saying here and I think this is very poor custumer service and falure the agknowlege the product defect.

My order was quick efficient my crash bar was very well wrapped in bubble wrap, response with personal for info was very responsive and helpful the paint quality is extremely good so is the product it self

I was surprised, i got my CAgE PRO in just 3 days. I ordered from KSA and have it shifted to the PHilippines. The downside is i have to pay 6800 php tax. Not an issue from them, just for info for ppl buying from PH.

Their customer service was also very helpful. shoutout to Natalie.

Overall, im very happy that i bought one.

Ordering the product was very easy have not yet to receive the product but based on reviews I’m hoping it will be excellent. Have asked a few questions with no reply as of yet has been a couple of weeks referring to other products they sell but other than that, the experiences been fine.
