I do not recommend this company in any way!
This fall I ordered a protective product (SKU: 3400212) for my Yamaha MT-07 motorcycle.
All good and beautiful after approx. one month I received the product that looks good and seems strong. I mounted it on the motorcycle after three weeks and found that it is not what it should be.
The product does not fully protect the motorcycle in case of a side fall.
It's like walking down the street wearing only socks without shoes.
I contacted them by email to ask for their help.
I told them that their product does not fully protect if you drop the motorcycle on foot. I also sent them pictures to prove what I said.
I told them that I like the way their product looks (in terms of appearance), that I do not want to return the product, but only to help me with a solution (for a fee, of course) to improve the safety part.
Some extension cords, I have no idea. They should know that. That's why I asked them to help me.
I received a very embarrassing reply from them assuring me that their product is very good, that I can no longer return it because the return period has expired AND THAT I CAN SELL IT ON THE INTERNET TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO MAY BE INTERESTED.
I asked them for help to improve the product bought from them (to fully protect my motorcycle), and they advise me to sell the product on the Internet second hand.
For all the embarrassment.

I bought product that was delivered with slight defect in paint. I reached out to customer service and showed all evidence of defect. Customer service assumed me doing that defect and blamed me which was ridiculous.

I told them to apologise to me and they have not since so this is why I share negative experience and negative feedback from customer service for blaming customer for company defects. I kept all screenshots.

For future I would think twice before buying product from company with such customer service and my friends would be same

They were very communicative! I was quite impressed when they emailed me shortly after purchase to clarify if I chose the right color option. I have a Yamaha, and chose the Candy Sky Blue option. They understand that most Yamaha owners will choose the Yamaha Blue to match the Yamaha factory blue, so they wanted to ensure I didn't make a mistake. Other than that, they were very friendly, and their products came very quickly, were well made with quality, and were packaged thoroughly. It took me half an hour to unpackage the items, but I'm very happy with that as it shows they cared and made sure the products would be safe from damage in transit across the world. I was on the fence about going through them or Impaktech, as the latter is much closer. Now I'll always choose Crazy Iron.

The build quality is good and it came greatly protected to not be damaged while shipping, but its only good for stunt riding because i scraped multiple times when hard cornering and it was not fun..
