This was a bespoke 6-month in-house course specific to the needs of our people, to help them become high-performance managers and leaders. They came off the course buzzing, having demonstrated real progression in the 6-months and are now champing at the bit to literally be all they can be. Thanks Ralph and Claire. I had an amazing learning experience over the course. I only wish the course was longer so I could have learnt more from Scott. He's years of experience is evident in every aspect of he's teaching. Scott did a great job of tailoring he's knowledge to fit into my areas of work which i really valued and helped embed the knowledge. The training also gave a lot of validation for the aspects of training I already am implementing.

I have just completed a Management and Leadership Training Course led by Claire and Ralph and what a transformational course it has been!
I completed the modules in-house over a 6-month period, with one-to-one coaching sessions in between, which enabled me to put the theory into practice and evolve as a Manager and Leader in my role.
Claire and Ralph are exceptional trainers who ensure that the content is tailored. They bring the theory to life by engaging at every stage and applicable to real situations.
The evolution from when I started, to my final presentation demonstrating what I have learnt has been huge. I've gained so much as a Manager, Leader and as a person, I would highly recommend this course.

The training sessions are truly so fun and informative, Ralph has a way to make the sessions engaging and he is honestly so inspiring and amazing at what he does. I never knew I had nerves regarding public speaking as I’ve never had to do it up until this point but in the few days spent with him he’s helped me to overcome it completely and I genuinely look forward to putting everything he taught me into practise.
