I recently attended the Train the Trainer course hosted by Ralph.
Ralph was welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and really enabled and encouraged me to push myself to be better each day.
Thoroughly enjoyed the course, I learnt so much and can’t wait to put it into practise!

Ralph Was Absolutely Fantastic From the First Moment I Met Him. I Was Very Nervous at First starting the Course but My Mind was Soon Put at Ease. The Course was Very intensive From The Start, But Ralph Coached Us Through Every Stage Building, Certainly My Confidence From the Start right to the End.
The Content of the Course was Fantastic and I have Learnt Skills That I never Thought I Had in Me.

Claire Moody of Target Training ran a 2 day course for us (PepsiCo UK Performance and Productivity Team) this week. The effort she put in to tailor the training to our specific team requirements was impressive and the training itself was excellent. This on its own would have been easily worth the minimal costs involved but when I consider the follow-up support and resources that are now available to us to reinforce the learnings and allow us to practice our newly learned skills, I have no hesitation in recommending Target as a 'Go To' provider.
