Worst experience of my life. My wife and I booked tickets Madrid-NY. The tickets were cancelled 2 days later without explanation and 35 days later (as today) they owe us the money. Their customer service doesn't care to solve the problem, and they owe us 1.600 dollars!. NEVER EVER buy a ticket with this "company" and save yourself a hell.
