Update the next day: Antonio has followed through and my trip is canceled. Still waiting to make sure all my payment is reimbursed. I’m still scared to book with them as the past review scare me but the customer service is positive so far. Thank you


DO NOT TRUST THIS SHADY SITE. Online customer chat is phony. He kept pushing for a positive review within min's of our chat, before he even helped me. Hence all the positive reviews. He began asking for my passport number, Address and first and last name ect. He told me since I just booked he was able to give me a full refund within 2 hrs to wait for email. "Do not worry" is all he continued to type. As soon as our chat ended I got an email of booking confirmation NOT cancelation. I tried to cancel online and it said there was an $100 processing fee. I started back the chat with Antonio and he had no clue who I was and said the email I received was a mistake and my refund is coming. Oh it was no mistake. The only mistake is I trusted these phony people.

There is no way Ovago is a 2, 3, 4, or 5 star. I've made one reservation from them back in 2020 and it's been a two-year battle with them. They no longer take live customer service calls (pushing the chat). If they say they'll call you back within 24 hours, that's a script. I've been waiting for over a week with no callbacks. I've filed an official complaint with bbb and the airlines association against them for the customer service. They are actually located in India and not San Jose. Never, Never purchase for them.
