The issue was not resolved yet but a request has been raised.

"Took my money, didn't get me the tickets."

They took my money but didn't ticket my trip in time. They seemed confused about why that was and bumped me between different departments for hours, said they would call within a limited timeframe and did not, etc. Ended up having to buy the same flights from another provider, who ticketed within an hour when Ovago had taken days. I've now requested a refund and they claim that's going to take 2-4 weeks with a 2 week minimum, even though refunds are processed way faster with other companies.

I'd only advice to use Ovago if you have plenty of time before your trip - but the service is so bad that I don't think I'll ever use them again.
