I want to give big shoutouts to the customer service team at ovago, especially Greg, Adam, Alena, Josie and Bucky. I made a mistake in a name for my reservation, and helped me worked around it. These agents have been nothing but professionals. I read some bad reviews about this company, I was hesitant as well. I looked up their license in the government site, and verified its legit. So I took the chance. I was anxious at first because my tickets weren’t confirmed after paid for the tickets. I jumped on the chat and asked for updates every 30 minutes. I think I talked Greg like 2 or 3 times. They are realllllly professionals. Even though it took almost 4-5 hours to confirm my tickets(double checked with airline too). But saved me $800. I definitely will book from Ovago for my future trips!

I've contacted via chat room on OVAGO.com because I had a problem with an online payment when buying airline tickets. I received a very kind service from Kaz from Customer Support. He suggested a way to solve the problem and waited in the chat room until I managed the issue with my bank. It was also nice that he ensured the payment was correctly made. I received my ticket safely. I even didn't have to wait for long for the service. It was satisfactory customer service overall.
