Wish I could give less than one star. We found out 5 hours ago that one of the flights for someone traveling wither is screwed up and we are supposed to leave in 15 hours. Can’t get anyone from Ovago to answer our call, chatted with Jerrica for 4 hours straight. Multiple times BEGGED for some to call us to give us peace of mind… but NO… it is 11 PM and we are for the third time in 4 hours that someone will call us in a few hours. Do not use this company !
