You can reach out via email, initiate a new thread on their website portal, call them, chat with them, or even contact them through WhatsApp. I had an issue with an invoice today, and it was resolved in under five minutes. I have nothing but positive things to say so far, and I highly recommend them!

"Good, shame about all the AI slop"
Although there were initial issues with connecting, the service was good. I was sent the hub a bit late but I don't expect instant perfection, just a solid service over time. I am now connected and my download and upload speeds are incredible.
Losing one star for the god-awful AI art all over it! It's terrible for the environment, and AI models are trained on copyrighted art, including mine. If you can't get a bespoke design due to cost, at least go for the more affordable stock images!

I live in a place where I was told I couldn’t get line based internet so had to put up with a 4g provider which was ropey at best… but after a conversation with Beebu they gave me a date, installed the line and the service has been amazing…
Special mention to Pete who has dealt with my account personally and his customer service is beyond helpful.

Can not recommend Beebu enough.
MS3 came and connected by Internet exactly on time and done within an hour. The router arrived in the post 2 days later and connected straight away.. Internet with 950+mps straight away.
Thank you BeeBu and MS3 for restoring my faith in Internet providers in Hull.
1 slight negative, UPS delayed the delivery of my router.. totally not BeeBu's fault but did delay my connection..
Otherwise flawless from BeeBu and MS3...
