Fantastic customer service from the BeeBu Team, a small issue occurred on the install, the customer service team where all over it. It was quickly solved and the internet was up and running. Thanks for all your efforts.

Beebu in my opinion goes above and beyond with their customer service. If I could give more than five stars I would.
Annie and Peter have been outstanding in their professionalism and knowledge and in helping me out with a difficult situation.
I had signed up to Beebu on the 29th September as I knew that my old fixed contract with another supplier was coming to an end accepting a mid October activation date as I was awaiting a termination date from the other company , but without warning on 30th my old supplier had terminated my contract and ending my fibre broadband.
In a panicked phone call to Beebu on the 30th, these guys and this company could not have done more to get me connected to their company and with the next day delivery of their router, I was up and running.
There are a lot of companies out there that need to take a leaf out of Beebu's book in what they do to help their customers.
I cannot thank them enough in getting me connected back up again to the world wide web in record time.
I am indeed more than happy to recommend Beebu to any other potential and future customers.

Have had a couple of issues with Internet dropping out, after only 2 weeks with Beebu. They are very quick to respond with help and answers. Annie, on one occasion, was very thorough in her investigation, and gave me a detailed reply, which has hopefully resolved the issue. Very good customer service. They also reimbursed me for the time I was with without Internet. Very impressed overall.

We were having issues with connecting our blink doorbell to our new Beebu broadband/router.
After trying it ourself and contacting Amazon believing thr doorbell was at fault we contacted customer support and Peter knew how to fix the issue immediately.

Within less than 10 minutes I was able to get the doorbell connected and our property secure again!
Peter's fast response time, friendly approach and knowledge was amazing!

Absolute dream of a company. Makes a refreshing change to have actual customer service. They persuaded my previous abysmal company to release me so I could join beebu. Pete who got me all set up was amazing. Getting speeds I’m paying for.

I’d never heard of Beebu before but after reading their reviews I decided to go with them for my fibre broadband and I’m glad I did, from my initial enquiry to the installation everything went smoothly I now have superfast broadband at a reasonable price and I’m delighted with it. This is the best service out there the staff bend over backwards to help you and always on stand by to help you as if yiur there only costumer witch is outstanding definitely get rid of your wifi provider and come join this one hands down the cheapest and best on the market

"WOW. No more Lagging"

I have always been set in my ways, with better the devil you know, but after leaving BT, when I was paying more, for much slower speeds. This seemed like a no brainer. Beebu is exceptionally fast, and I have also saved few pounds. Would highly recommend, especially if you want fast Broadband, at a decent price.

My Beebu went live on the 8th of July and has worked perfectly with increased speeds at a far lesser cost when compared with my previous provider (Talktalk).
The router I received is also much more aesthetically pleasing against the big bulky one I had previously and sits in the lounge much prouder.
