It is a good place to find sheet music that are difficult to find otherwise. A better description of what is sold would be a plus.

The old website format was, to quote another customer, vastly superior. I find the new format troublesome and just not easy to use.

The huge issue I had with my most recent purchase was that the "Contact Us" process is impossibly tedious and frustrating. It is impossible to reach a human on the phone. I clicked my way through the automated process, only to be told (by recording) in the end that placing my order online is the best way to do it. Twice or three times, I sent emails inquiring after the scores I needed to purchase (not the entire orchestra set). Finally, after more than a week, I received an email response with a link to purchase the scores from the publisher -- but if it takes the possible six weeks (?!) to ship from there, that is too late for my festival.

When the company sent a link to a survey for me to give feedback on my experience, I found it was impossible to submit the survey! An email inquiry received "Sorry, we cannot resend survey links."

Overall, this was a terribly frustrating experience, and I am not likely to visit in the future. (The scores I needed were only available here, though for several weeks it appeared I couldn't even buy them here.)

"No Audio Preview After Purchase"

I was disappointed that a piece of music I bought did not come with the complete audio of the piece. The preview only had the first page audio preview. I made the assumption that once purchased I could hear the rest of the piece. So, I sent an email to sheet music plus to find out if they could provide the complete audio by the arranger of the piece. Unfortunately SMP never responded back much to my dismay.
