"Overall service ‘textbook’"

As a first time private customer user I found JJ Foodsevice amazing. First of all I cocked-up the online order placement organising delivery for a day that we would be out. In no time the Customer Service people were on the phone to me and sorted it all out for an appropriate date. Then the delivery could not have been more ‘textbook’. A reminder two days before the delivery date, then another narrowing the window to four hours and then one pinpointing almost the precise minute to expect the Truck’s arrival ! Fish and seafood precisely as ordered and expected. We’ll done.

"First-time but good experince"

My first ordered delivered on time and I dropped them in my garage. After a while I checked the order and realised that 4 kg of walnut baklavas are missing. I called the driver and he told me that he delivered everything that he has. If there is missing item he suggested me to request refund which I did it and my refund was processed instantly.
Later my wife found 4 kg baklavas in our oversized garage. I reported the new development to JJ and ask them either cancel refund process or let me know how to pay. They thanked me because of my honesty and told me that no need to pay. I insisted but they asked me to access them as gift.
It was weird but wonderful experience for me. Highly recommended.
By the way bakalavas 10 out of 10😊😂

"An absolute go-to for bulk buying"

I made an order at JJs for a small barbecue (20 people) and this is just the perfect place to go. I ordered the Signature halal beef burger and the Brook house halal beef sausages - they were absolutely delicious! All of my guests were full of compliments at how delicious the food was. There’s no minimum order which is perfect and the collection was a doddle. Simply select your chosen slot, wait in the car with your order number and your order is brought out to you! I will defo be back

"Let you order and pay for the Out of Stock items..."

This is completely based on my current experience. I ordered 3 items and paid. The payment has gone through and got the order placement number for collection. When I went for collection out of 3, 1 out of stock. No notification for the out-of-stock item until I received the invoice from the counter staff. Took 4 days for a refund. I tried again to order online, added the item in the basket, and double-check with the customer service team to make sure it is available. They replied it will only let you if the stock is available. But, again got my collection number, and when I went for collection the same out-of-stock message from the counter staff. Last Wednesday I ordered my 2nd attempt and still no refund on my 2nd order. This is completely misleading the customer. Even though getting a good offer from JJ we are losing money on transport. Plan not to order online and directly visit the store for future shopping. :(

1st time visit to JJ Foodservice - was provided support by Dee on best way to order & collect. collected item at allocated date and time, we had a missing item from the warehouse - contacted customer service this morning (Dee) who explained the refund process.
