Was looking to add a line of new sauces to our business which we couldn't find anywhere else so we asked JJ and they got it for us! Amazing work and fast replies! Really appreciate it. Thank you JJ!

"Terrible customer services collected…"
Terrible customer services collected charcoal that was mostly dust and small pieces instead of lump wood. Would not refund or exchange as it was a couple of days past the 28 day return window. Would avoid at all costs ! Eventually refunded thanks

Great range and service. Really good quality of own branded items and friendly delivery guys.
Only negative is the extra charges for delivery on each item can quickly add up and become expensive and make an order uneconomical. I would prefer a fixed charge.

First time, private customer of JJFoodservice. Ordered on Wednesday afternoon and it was delivered 06.45 the next day. Great service and very courteous delivery guy. Food seems to be good value. Bought frozen things so haven't tried yet. Expect to use again.

The system somehow changed my collection time slot from 10.30am to 12pm. Having got there at 10.15 I was refused collection. This has previously never been an issue as I have been able to collect regardless. The email sent clearly states . "Orders not collected on the day will be cancelled and will require new order to be placed for future collection"
Doesn't mention anything about coming within the time slot.
Supervisor Ilmi not sure if it is the right name but the service from him is the worse not even caring about customers needs. I had only 3 items he could explain if they had a new procedure in place but I believe that was all lies.
I went to the manager in the office. She couldn't care less very rude and not bothered. She's getting other people talking to her while i am trying to explain what is going on. Not professional at all and to come and waste time even worse!!

"Quality products"
I have been using this company for at least two years now and I can confirm that their products and services is amazing, I went through some customer's reviews and it was shocking what they saying about JJ products and customer services!! I believe these people left the boxes outside the fridge for long time or seeking for money back with products, because I used their services long time ago and my friends who are using JJ products are very happy since I recommend JJ to them, really not fair to hear negative reviews while we never face any issues or even delivery delay once.
The only thing that JJ put high minimum amount of money to spend with delivery, as I am using the products for my family, when one of the products is finished I have to wait until everything else is finish to reorder again, otherwise everything is in perfection quality.
I hope JJ can think about the minimum of the individual online order again and put the average price for everyone.

"Absolutely Disgusting The standard of fish I got from this…"
The standard of fish I got from this company would’ve put me out of business . It’s the third time that I have recieved foul and substandard quality from this company.i sent photographs of the fish which looked like the cat had just had it and they refused a refund. I left a review on google check it out with pictures and they contacted me on google to ask me to contact them so we can resolve the issue I contacted 3 times and had no response so it was just an excercise to look like they were bothered about customers and quality which I absolutely guarantee you they are not. I have just ten seconds ago received a call from them ,thinking they were going to apologise for the absolute rude behaviour poor substandard food quality and the fact no one there had bothered with me ,but no the idiot asked why I hadn’t purchased from them since September can you believe it.
I get my deliveries from Bookers who are not only on another planet cost and quality wise but a different universe for customer service queries and they care about there customers and the quality of the products.
I absolutely wish I had used them years ago I really do.
JJ are far far to expensive poor quality products well overcharged ,rude uninterested ,uninteresting ,non existent customer service STAY AWAY !!!
Keep your business USE BOOKERS or another but DO NOT USE JJ!!!!
