JJ Foodservice Limited premium rate service 08433090991 13 min cost me 14£ for asking for item in stock or not i have to hold 13 min not happ ??

I get two deliveries a week at my shop and every single time without fail there are items missing or whatever they do deliver is completely the wrong items to what I ordered.
It’s a just don’t care attitude and your customer services at your Basingstoke branch is shockingly bad, they just don’t care. Does no one in your company check how bad your customer service is?

I've been using JJ for years and have no problem , lately some drivers are Just cancelling the orders leaving us high and dry and running around to source stock from elsewhere , drivers not turning up during the time slots provided and cancelling orders nilly willy , absolutely disgusting service and attitude from Drivers.

UPDATE : Your reply is a Big Lie, I've complained on the Phone and to your customer services saying the Driver was just not willing to take directions and was just not interested in donig the delivery , shame you are defending your driver who is clearly at fault when several other drivers had been able to deliver without problems for years.

LAST 4 DELIVERIES WRONG FOOD DELIVERED, TODAY 1 BOX OF 11 DELIVERED, PITTA BREAD WRONG SIZE SENT AND ALSO OUT OF DATE TODAY, THEY NEVER REFUND YOU , AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SEEN GOOD BUT DONT FOLLOW UP ON REFUNDS, THEY JUST TELL YOU ITS HAPPENING. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!
after reading your reply... i got the wrong thing delivered 4 weeks ago and was instructed that i would receive a refund for that item i originally ordered ! 4 weeks later there is no credit or refund but i was charged the correct amount from my bank , this was not minus anything WAS the full invoice price , i suggest you take alook ,

Very clean facilities. The products were even clean. Place is very organized, modern and clean. Would come back again. Website and payment were no brainer, simple to use. Only downside is the product selection could be expanded.

Had been looking forward to visiting this place as has browsed the catalogues. Finally I managed to visit and was told at the desk “they’re like Argos - you browse the catalogue and purchase from there and then they bring your purchases to your car”. I wish this had been made clearer - nevertheless, this didn’t phase me (although 1 point deducted on my review for this not being made glaringly obvious!). Apparently you can purchase items at the desk and then they’ll bring the items to you and also purchase online. There’s lots more offers (discounts) for purchasing & paying online so this is what I did. Purchasing this method means you have to book an advance click & collect slot. There’s delivery options - I understand this has now changed to free over £129 (minimum order value £79). Delivery prices are also more expensive than collection so this seems a bit of an overcharge scenario (and is also included in the deduction of a star).
The service beyond this is fine. Your collection slot is half an hour and it seems they start getting your stuff together once you’ve checked in with your registration (or at least you get in the queue for someone to get your list). This means inevitably you have to wait. I guess at least you shouldn’t be waiting more than half an hour! It was fairly quiet at the time of my slot. It would be handy to be notified this at the start as well as I thought my order would’ve been picked and put aside as I’d made it online. The person brought my items on a trolley to my boot and got my attention for me to pack them into my car and also brings a printed out list. Happy with my items and will go back - and now I know what to expect!
