"Abusive Delivery Driver "

Very abusive driver using very bad language on the roundabout due to traffic jam . No one at fault just a traffic jam.

"JJ Basingstoke"

Went to JJ Basingstoke this morning to pick up a small order. I would like to thank the two warehouse guys that were so helpful to me by loading my car for me as I have mobility issues. Superb service, great quality produce,I cannot rate them high enough. Absolutely fantastic.

"Appalling customer service"

The company have appalling customer service. They missed several items from our delivery. In follow ups around this they refused to redeliver the missing items and claimed we needed to submit another order (including min order fees and redelivery charges). We only ordered with them primarily for the missing items and won't use them again.

"Missing items and a refusal to supply them"

I wanted the Quorn hot dogs, but ordered several other things to get up to the £75 minimum (no problem). They then forgot to deliver 80% of the Quorn (ok - mistakes happen).

Now, they refuse to deliver what is missing, and instead offer a partial refund on account, with an extra process required for a refund. I am left now with only a fifth of what I wanted, plus the makeweight items. If I want to get the other 80%, I need to order double the original amount I wanted to meet the order minimum, and pay a second surcharge for an order below £125.

Customer service originally responded until I insisted on redelivery and asked to be put in touch with a manager, at which point they ignored me. Pretty poor all round.

"Stocking disaster"

Time and time again, I have sat and compiled a shopping list online only to go to my basket and find half of the items not in stock. Constantly fail to supply basics, and the last two occasions the website payment system failed so I had to go round the office and manually place order and pay. Too much trouble to deal with. Back to Bookers

"Rubbish"

Rubbish, ordered two boxes of pizza cheese, they gave 10 days to expire. Emailed them and they ask for proof. They never reply anymore after asking for the expired products then they blocked me. Thanks

Amazing prices, better rate when you click and collect. I've been using JJ Foodservice for a number years now and have not had any issues. My local branch is Dagenham.
