Excellent experience! Friendly customer service. Fish arrived within 48 hours alive and healthy appearing. The free clownfish was very small but it was free so no complaints. Looking to order more fish in the near future.

Contacted vendor. Store representative assured me that the free gift (Recordea) would be added to next purchase.
Made second purchase. Received free shipping and store credit for one dead fish from first order.
Order arrived. No Recordia. Contacted store and spoke with same rep. She said there is a note about an issue with Recordea and I would get it with next purchase.
Surely an alternate could have been shipped!

Many things went wrong. Period.
First I ordered 5 gobies. In one bag that marked had 3 gobies inside, I only got 1. So I filed a request for missing items. They automatically texting told me come back in a few days.
Next for the Anthias I ordered. It was thin/malnutrition down to like a piece of paper. It died after the 1st day in my standalone tank. I wish this site allow me to upload picture so I can show how skinny the fish is when it arrives.
In both cases above, I have to wait 3 days to see if they will pay for the deceased fish.
Overall, I think while they give out lots of freebies but you need to think about quality of fish you are getting. How many really arrive in good condition and how many make it in the next few days. Then the hassle and turn around time on filing claims (assume they will take your claim)
