I love Lumity's pain patches. They have helped me as well as my family and friends. It's great that they come in various sizes too!

I was charged a month but have not received my cleanser. I was sent some kind of gift with a sample size. I am communicating with Lumity to resolve this. I was disappointed that they charged me before sending item ordered.

"This is the first time I had to go down…"

This is the first time I had to go down to the post office and sign for the package because it required a signature. This took 2 trips because they could not find it for a total of 45 minutes. Please send the next shipment with no signature required.

I can honestly say the energy felt is noticeable. No need for afternoon Starbucks run, which is a $ saver and better off for my skin. Its only been 1 month so I can't review hair growth yet but I have noticed inbetween wash my scalp isn't as oily and when washing less hair loss. Those are enough reasons for me to continue and love this product.

So far, I haven't really felt any tangible change or experienced noticeable results. I also wish I could take one pill instead of 3; 3 is a bit much. Also, why is the morning brown and the night white?

The mail slowdown in the US created a problem with on time delivery of my Lumity subscription. I contacted Customer Service, got a prompt response and explanation of the problem. I have always found Customer Service to be responsive and the Lumity products to be excellent.

"Order didn't get processed when placed and confirmed."

Placed my order, received confirmation of order and then waited. Checked in about 8-10 days later and asked if order had been shipped and they responded that it had not. Somehow it had been missed completely (odd since Ihad an order number) so they canceled that order and then re-issued new order and then that order shipped fairly quickly and received within a week. If I hadn't checked in on shipping, not sure how long I would have waited thinking it was in the queue for shipping.

I’ve been using these vitamins for 2 months and the only difference I have is constipation.
