Two weeks of taking these supplements and so far, so good! Seeing improvement in my skin, hair, and nails. Sleeping better, less waking up in the middle of the night with my brain spinning! Energy is up and my post-menopausal mood is much more stable. I'm not into anti-aging, but I am all for doing whatever I can to age better! Two thumbs up!
