You band me for no reason,and I could not send money when it really count ,it was very important I was sending 1500 to a friend of mine out of the country and I got band for two weeks. Then when I call the person I talk to was no help to resolve the problem,

In short, I used MoneyGram via agents ( The Post Office ) and others to travel to different towns to transfer money abroad. MoneyGram sent me an email saying why don't you try to do the transaction yourself via your computer/ laptop. Which I did. The first time I did the transaction myself the MoneyGram help line helped me with a query I had, I wanted the recipient to receive dollars, not their country currency and this was not apparent on the form how to do it.
They explained what to do, so next time it should be straightforward.
