J'ai un jeune protégé au Bénin que j'aide financièrement à entamer des études universitaires dans son pays.
Pour cela je tente, via MoneyGram de lui envoyer 200 €. Payement refusé au Bénin. MoneyGram ne me préviennent pas de l'impossibilité pour le destinataire de percevoir son argent! Je les appelle. Après 1/4 au téléphone et des tas de questions posées, ils me disent qu'ils considèrent la transaction frauduleuse alors qu'ils ont bien vérifié mon identité et que j'ai exprimé clairement mon accord et la raison de la transaction.
Comment qualifier un tel service ?

Pour les lecteurs, j'ai donc utilisé depuis mon SmartPhone l'application Tap Tap Send et 5 minutes après mon envoi, le bénéficiaire avait son argent et de plus la transaction est gratuite !!! En bref bye bye le très mauvais service de MoneyGram...

The website rarely works. I've tried several different basic troubleshooting steps. I've informed them, but nothing's been done for a year now. The app is worse. It never works.

In Bedford no any centre available to pick up money, and call centre a very useful lady give me wrong information and nearly to close the line when I tell her about wrong information.
If look in Internet, said post office no more work but really.... No any shops work with moneygram now. I spend hours and check all shops on my city.
