"No booking reference number received"

No booking reference number received. Emailed and called them over a dozen times, email bounces and no one picks up the phone.

Order No 2985.

"Avoid!"

Money taken 4 days ago for day 2 test. Never received booking reference. Test never arrived. Complained over the e-mail but mail can't be delivered. It's only one possible conclusion... How to reach you if I can't send mail to you and phone calls are without answer?!

We get in contact. Parcel delivered. I get my ref number but a little bit too late.

I booked my test on Sunday and still haven't received the booking reference number (although the kit has arrived today, however its useless without the booking reference number). Order #3159

ordered 2 test kits (13th October 2021 order number 1826) - now day 2 and no kits or tracking number given.
tried to call only recorded message with no option to talk to anyone

I bought my day 2 antigen but I did not receive any booking reference number.

The 2-day test kit was full of mould and impossible to contact 01TravelTest either via email or phone. They appear to use North London Labs for the testing but they are equally impossible to contact. I paid extra for the express (£75) and hence will seek a refund through my credit card company.

Tried to contact them but -
No email, no phone number.

I was supposed to get an activation code/booking reference to activate the kit but never got one and I can't get in touch with the company. Not trustworthy
