I would have given them zero stars. PLEASE DONT USE THIS Website. I have ordered my test yesterday n luckily I have taken screenshots of my order to fill my PLF. I haven’t received any email or test yet. I am ringing them since morning, no answer on phone calls. I have emailed them with payment screenshot and order number screenshots. No response on email either. I don’t know what to do now. I have referenced their kit number in PLF and haven’t received any confirmation whether I will get my kit tomorrow or not . Really annoying with their service. They have taken extra money (£10) for express shipping .

No. Just don’t. You think a government approved website is reliable and it just isn’t. I stupidly did not check reviews before (which I’m usually so good at!!!) so I’m probably to blame.
Tests were sent within time and quickly but could not find the reference number for the passenger locator form. Clicking the link in the email they sent us did not work. And signing into your account didn’t work either. No phone calls were picked up. No emails were responded to. Had to book another test literally minutes before our flight and oh my was this the most stressful few minutes of my life(cheaper as well don’t know how we didn’t see these before) - use testingforall instead !!!! I can’t say much for the delivery times but the process of purchasing the tests and uploading the reference number was so much more seamless. Can someone please help me get my money back from these people ahhhhh

DON'T BUY A TEST FROM THIS USELESS COMPANY
Useless. Bought the test with express shipping. 4 days later no test arrived. Maybe I might get a result in a month or so? They do not reply to emails within 4 hours.
I have already emailed and had no response, maybe respond to my email rather than posting on here?

There was a temporary problem delivering your message to (THEIR SUPPORT EMAIL). Gmail will retry for 44 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently.
Would help if they turned on their mail server to receive mail maybe :)

Sent another mail to see if that gets there! Got a response from NHS suggesting I try and resolve with the company, bit of a job if the emails never get there and they don't answer the phone?

So my original email did not get through:
The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect.

Update 6/12/2021: After agreeing to process a refund they didn't process the refund. My bank have now refunded me and are pursuing their money. Easier to use an alternative company who actually provide the service you paid for.

"This company is a shambles"
This company is a shambles. My wife purchased a test for £29.99 including £10 shipping and is unable to get the booking ref, as the "thank you for your order" email they send you does not contain the Booking ref that yu will need for your travel form and, furthermore, the "receipt link" in the email does not work and no one answers the phone or emails.
As a result, unable to get her Booking Ref, my wife has had to purchase from another company.
I'd STRONGLY advise you not to use them.
If you have used them and are experiencing the same problems then I'd advise you to ring your credit card company and instigate a chargeback.
Chargeback is a transaction reversal made to dispute a card transaction and secure a refund for the purchase.
Chargeback works by the bank withdrawing funds that were previously deposited into the recipient’s - i.e. 01traveltest - bank account and putting them back into your account.

After booking a day 2 test I did not receive my code to use for the passenger locator form.
DO NOT uSE the 01travel company.
I had to buy a second test to travel!
There was no answer to the telephone calls and the email address provided on the website did not work.
This company is a scam.
The reply given below seems to imply that I have used an incorrect address. I used the one from the website.
No reply, no code snd (even in the reply below) no offer for a refund.

I paid for my tests (my self and children) to arrive on the day I returned into this country. I chose this company as it promised the tests would be at my home address on my arrival. This was important to me as it was the only time we had free to take the tests and wanted to do them as soon as we got home. The tests didn’t arrive on time. They came a day late. I then followed the instructions and took the tests only to realise that I could not upload my photo of my results as the system wouldn’t accept any of the image sizeable my iPhone could send the photo in. It was therefore impossible to upload my results. I can’t help but wonder if this has been done on purpose. Once they have your money they don’t stick to their word on when you will receive test and then make it impossible to upload results. I have emailed them but no reply. So now I paid for the tests which were actually pointless.

My partner used this service and I would not recommend it to anyone.
Let me explain what will happen if you use this service:
Test kit costs £19.99
Delivery costs £10.00 (Which is very well hidden on the website)
You will then receive an order confirmation with what looks like a valid reference for the government website for your re-entry.
When you sort out your admin to return to the country, you will find it's not a valid reference number and instead you have to contact them to request the number. Others below have encountered the same experience.
Inevitably when you then look to another service for testing, you will find you get a *valid* reference number immediately upon payment. This is a stark contrast to 01TravelTest who appear to make the process as hard as possible to get money from people.
If you then try to get a refund from 01TravelTest you will be told it's already been despatched, and you can have a refund but they will subtract £25 for admin/shipping charges.
I would not recommend this service to *anyone*
