"This company never answers the phone…"
This company never answers the phone and despite me sending two separate emails over the last week and I have never received a response. I ordered my 2day PCR test from this company and it has not arrived.

The worst user experience I've ever encountered.
The cost is ridiculous, you buy the test, it gets there. The tracking code doesn't work on your passenger locator form, they know this and so show the alternative code you're meant to use on their website. The code doesn't even work in their own systems, whether the original or the "new one". you try to register the test, the email you used to buy it doesn't work, you get given alternative login details, they then don't work the next day and there's no way to login to see your test result. Quite possibly the worst website on earth, thankfully you only need to do this under really stressful conditions to find out if you can go back to work, so it's not like it'll add to the stress. Avoid this service at all costs.

"Invalid Locator Number received"
Booked a PCR day 2 test when the rules changed this week. The test arrived within 24 hours, yay!
Then 48 hours before the flight, tried to fil in the passenger locator form. The supplied Locator number from 01traveltest is not recognised.
Only support offered is via EMAIL in 2-4 hours. Of course that is a complete fantasy.
So much stress for a simple thing like this.
Edit: no response to any of the many EMAILs sent two weeks ago. Chargeback in progress through the credit card.

"The booking reference number provided does not work"
The booking reference number provided in email confirmation is not accepted by the UK Passenger Locator form. Called and email several times, but have got no response. My first email sent was more than 36 hours back; it was still not answered; even when they say they respond within 2-4 hours.

After my brothers funeral in France , I ordered a PCR day 2 test. To return to the UK. £50_£10 express delivery. Total Inc VAT £74.99
It Never arrived, I waited in all day. Nothing Arrived.
Tried contacting them, again NO REPLY.
I would stay well clear of this company. I was scammed. And I have no way of getting my money back. £75 is a lot of money to a pensioner. SAD!

Customer’s service contact number is not working. No one responds to my email. I have not received my PLF code yet and it’s been 2 days now.

Do not order from here they have a dud number that doesn’t allow you to get through immediately diverts, have sent emails trying to get extra money from me, and absolutely no response to several emails sent. Stay away
