Format was awesome.

Having sat through the entire course and still 3 hours short is ridiculous. Will just run the longest slide nonstop to get to 30 hours. Adjust the slides to come out to 30 hours. So infuriating.

Worst training ever is been 2 week sences I finish my training and my affidavit are still pending every time I speak with some always something is missing and that I will receive my certification in the next 24 to 48 hours and is been weeks and still nothing.

"Course content was very good"

Course content was very good and exams were fair. My two complaints are:
1. Clicking a video link then getting back to where I was in the section was rather cumbersome. Had to close the page then go back into the learning material and find where I left off for the video.
2. Went through all the sections/modules, clicked all the links and was still 8 hours short of the required 30. So had to go back and rerun the modules until I got to 30 hours. Then had to click through the rest of the modules to complete the process and get to the final exam.

"No NYC DOB required Voice…"

No NYC DOB required Voice Authentification OSHA 30 course available, which is all I need for my SST card. Bought the OSHA 30 figured it had authentification. It doesnt. No big deal cancel the order in chat like any other business. Nope.

Chat took 3 attempts. Then the best I accomplished was a request for refund which who knows how long that takes. Ill attempt a chargeback if needed. Tried to get a refund for my purchase took over an hour to get anywhere in chat. They stop answering and close the chat when u ask for a refund. I would have just changed courses if you had a DOB approved osha 30 course instead they chopped it up into 30 courses for the NYC approved course and charge triple.

NYC SST only requires 30 hour OSHA, 8 hour fall protection, and 2 hour Drug course. I like most others have an SST I just have to renew my OSHA and update my SST card.

"Excellent Material; Outstanding Customer Focus"

I've seen quite a few posts asking if 360Training is legitimate and as someone who has previously enrolled with one of their programs and who has also dealt with their customer service and billing representatives, I have to say yes, they are a very legitimate organization. But more than being legitimate, they seem very focused on customer centricity based on all my experience with the customer representative arm of their organization. I have no reason to give them anything less than a 5 star rating

"Long wait to get a proctor"

There was a long wait to get a proctor, I was 3rd in the queue when I logged on and I waited almost a half an hour. The beginning process with answering and reading all the questions and scanning the room and such took just as long as the test. There were many grammatical and spelling errors.

"As this is a course to teach..."

As this is a course to teach, I feel it should be available for the student to review their test- questions, and answers- in order to see what was missed and the correct answer. For teaching, what good does it do if you are not able to see your progress and test results in full?
